How does the 1-week free trial work?
If you cancel a plan within 7 days of signing up, you won't be charged. For monthly plans, you'll be signed up for whichever plan you selected after 7 days, and your credit card charged at the end of your monthly billing cycle. For annual plans, your credit card will be immediately charged for the appropriate amount after your 1-week free trial is completed. Changing between monthly and annual plans will end your free trial. The 1-week free trial does not apply to “Jott PayGo” plans.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept credit and debit cards; Visa, Mastercard and American Express.
What is your refund policy?
There are no refunds for "Jott PayGo" or annual plans. For monthly plans, if you cancel in the middle of a billing cycle, your monthly amount will be pro-rated upon termination.
How do you count minutes with the PayGo plans?
The length of the actual Jott recording is how much time will be deducted from your PayGo minutes. If your recording is 23 seconds, then 23 seconds will be deducted from your total time. Time spent navigating the voice prompts and setting reminders will not be deducted from your minutes.
What are worry-free payments?
We will automatically add the same amount of minutes to your plan when you run out of your existing minutes. Check the box to turn it on, you can turn it off at any time in your settings.
I have a promotional code, how do I use it?
You will be asked to enter your promotional code after you have selected a plan and reached the registration page.
