How does the 1 month free trial work?
If you cancel a plan within 30 days of signing up, you won't be charged. For monthly plans, your credit card is charged at the end of your first monthly billing cycle (i.e. approximately 2 months after you start). For annual plans, your credit card will be immediately charged for the appropriate amount after your 1 month free trial is completed. Changing between monthly and annual plans will end your free trial.
How does the text transcription part of the service work, and is it secure?
Jott has the highest quality voice-to-text service available in the industry, fine tuned with over 500,000 customers and over 20,000,000 voice-to-text conversions. We use a proprietary approach that involves speech engines as a first pass at the transcription, followed by human quality assurance. Our quality assurance specialists work in clean room environments and have no access to personally identifiable information.
Can I easily print a receipt for my expense reports?
Yes. A record of your transactions and individually printable reports are always available from your account settings page.
How do I sign my entire team up for the service?
You can either have them each buy a plan separately, or contact us if you want to pay for all of their accounts with one payment.
Can I be invoiced instead of paying with credit card?
While we prefer you pay via credit card, we do offer exceptions and can send an invoice if you prefer. Contact us to arrange the details.
Is Jott for Salesforce a secure application?
Yes, Jott for Salesforce was designed according to AppExchange best practices and is a Certified application. For more information on Certification requirements view the security checklist.
How long does it take for my updates to post to Salesforce?
Posting speed varies depending on the type of action. Forecast field updates (Amount, Close Date, Stage) are updated almost immediately. "Free form updates" (e.g. notes, tasks, etc.) will usually post in under 10 minutes. In rare cases, it may take up to 20 minutes for text conversion of longer messages.
What is your refund policy?
For monthly plans, if you cancel in the middle of a billing cycle, your monthly amount will be pro-rated upon termination. There are no refunds for annual plans.
I have a promotional code, how do i use it?
You will be asked to enter your promotional code after you have selected a plan and reach the registration page.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept credit and debit cards; Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.
